1) Business Hours
- Store Hours for Order Pickup: Monday to Saturday, 12-7PM. CLOSED on Sundays.
- Delivery available from Monday to Saturday only.
- If you are not able to find a delivery slot, it may be FULL/CLOSED for that date. New slots may come up if there are cancellations/changes.
- We do NOT accept any delivery time requests. Delivery shall be made anytime between the time slot selected.
2) We rotate Flavours and update this order site every 2 weeks on SUNDAY before the start of the following week.
- Menu and delivery slots for 9-22 Mar will be released by 7 Mar.
3) Order Lead Time: minimum 2 days.
- Email any changes to your order at least 48H before Delivery/Pickup Date, to email@example.com

4) HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER?
a) Shopping Bag > Dining Preference > Pickup / Delivery > Select Date/Time > Start Ordering.
- Delivery Time will be subjected to our delivery schedule and traffic/weather conditions.
b) Enjoy one free delivery to one address for orders above $120 (for Tuas, Changi) or $100 (for all other areas). Prices before GST.
c) On check out, you may indicate under Customer Remarks:
- Preferred Packing options (not applicable for Box sets): Choice of Box of 1s, 2s or 6s.
- No. of Big and/or Small candles,
- If you require a Birthday Sign,
- No. of Sporks or Tissues if available.
f) Once ready, select checkout, fill in the required details and proceed with payment!
