Terms and Conditions

1) Ordering

  • There is a minimum order of $0 per Pickup order, $20 per Delivery order. 
  • We now offer a permanent menu. Seasonal flavours will me updated on the website monthly.
  • Minimum Order Lead Time: 2 days. Cut-off Time: By 6PM. Subject to availability.
  • For bulk orders, minimum 50 cupcakes/cookies and above, minimum lead time of 3 days is required. 
  • We do not accept customisation of any bakes such as, writing of messages, changes in design or sizes, flavours, ingredients, etc. 

2) Delivery

  • We deliver to any locations in Singapore at a fee of $10-15 per delivery address, except for Jurong Island and Sentosa.  
  • Delivery time slots are from 11.30am to 2:30pm (Mon-Sat); or 2.30pm to 5.30pm (Mon-Sat). Limited slots available every day. 
  • We DO NOT accept any delivery time requests. Delivery shall be made anytime between the time slot selected.
  • If you are not able to find a delivery slot, it may be FULL/CLOSED for that date. New slots may come up if there are cancellations/changes.
  • On Sunday, our store is CLOSED. No Pickup/Delivery on Sunday. 
  • Enjoy one free delivery to one address for orders above $120 (for Tuas, Changi) or $100 (for all other areas).
  • Orders has to be placed by 6pm at least 2 days before, subject to order slot availability. 
  • For orders received after 6pm, you will be placed on the next available slot.

3) Amendments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Any requests for changes, postponement or cancellations to your order must be submitted at least 2 days (48 hours) BEFORE your order Pickup/Delivery date via email at [email protected] / [email protected] / WhatsApp TEXT +65 9660 3541.
  • NO REFUNDS for change requests or cancellations submitted in less than 48 Hours.

4) Storage of Bakes

  • All cream bakes must be kept refrigerated before consumption, and best consumed within 3 days.
  • Avoid direct sunlight or exposure for more than 1 hour outdoors to prevent the bakes from melting.
  • Please ensure that your goods for Pickup or purchased in store are in order before you leave our store.
  • We shall not be held liable and shall not refund for any ruined bakes that has left the store and not delivered by our own appointed delivery partners.
5) How to Place Your Order

a) Shopping Bag > Dining Preference > Pickup  / Delivery > Select Date/Time > Start Ordering. 
     - Delivery Time will be subjected to our delivery schedule and traffic/weather conditions.
b) On check out, you may indicate under Customer Remarks section:
     - Preferred Packing options (not applicable for Box sets): Choice of Box of 1s, 2s or 6s for Cupcakes
     - No. of Big and/or Small candles, 
     - If you require a Birthday Sign,
     - No. of Sporks or Tissues if available. 
c) Once ready, select checkout, fill in the required details and proceed with payment!
d) In the case of errors,
     - If flavours are not visible, try to clear your cache/browsing history to refresh the page*
     - If the above method fails, try and open Private/Incognito Window to view the page**
