Terms and Conditions


  • There is a minimum order of $0 per pickup order, $20 per delivery order. 
  • Cupcake flavours will rotate every 2 weeks and the menu will be updated every Sunday. 
  • For large amount orders: i.e. 200 cupcakes and above, lead time of 3 days in advanced is required.
  • We do not accept customisation of cupcakes/bakes such as, writing of messages, changes in design or sizes, flavours, ingredients, etc. 


  • We deliver to any locations in Singapore with a fee of $10-15 per location, except for Jurong Island and Sentosa.  
  • Delivery time slots are from 11.30am to 2:30pm (Mon-Sat); or 2.30pm to 5.30pm (Mon-Sat), subject to availability.
  • Our store is closed for Pickup/Delivery on Sunday. 
  • Free delivery is applicable with a minimum order of $100 / $120 (Tuas/Changi) to one location and above. 
  • Orders has to be placed by 6pm at least 2 days before, subject to order slot availability. For orders received after 6pm, you will be placed on the next available slot.

Amendments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel or amend your cupcake orders, kindly inform us at least 2 days (48 hours) BEFORE your order Pickup/Delivery date via email at order@fluffbakery.sg / enquiry@fluffbakery.sg / WhatsApp TEXT 9660 3541.
  • NO REFUNDS for change requests or cancellations submitted in less than 48 Hours.

Storage of Cupcakes 

  • All baked goods should be kept refrigerated before consumption. 
  • All bakes are best stored in the fridge in an airtight container and consumed within 5 days. Avoid direct sunlight or exposure for more than 1 hour outdoors to prevent the bakes from melting.
